Whether it’s a wellness tonic, a culinary twist, or a family favorite reimagined—your recipe could be the next star of the Taheebo kitchen. Let’s make something extraordinary together!
Most people are amazed at how good the tea tastes with no after taste or side effects and drink it straight without adding anything to it. Taheebo tea by itself has a slightly sweet taste. You can add anything you wish to the tea, and, because the tea has such a mild flavor, you’ll immediately change the taste. However, if you’re fighting a life-threatening disease such as diabetes or cancer, you wouldn’t want to add something like sugar which would feed the disease. The tea has a mild pleasant flavor, but a three year old for example, has not yet acquired a taste for any kind of tea, regardless how good it tastes. In these cases, parents routinely cook the tea with crushed blueberries, or other fruit, and it tastes just like the fruit.Once you cook a batch, the tea will last for 4 days without refrigeration, or 8 days with refrigeration. You can drink it hot, warm, room temperature, cold or iced.Because of an infant’s nutritional needs, the tea is not recommended for pregnant women, breast-feeding women, or children under the age of three.
Let’s Have Fun While Getting Healthier
It’s time to enjoy a little creativity with our tea—because wellness should be both healing and joyful. Taheebo Tea supports the regeneration of new cells, from the skin that helps us look vibrant, to the organs that keep us functioning at our best. It’s a powerful ally for healthy individuals looking to stay ahead of aging, and for those facing serious health challenges, such as infections, diabetes, or cancer, it may offer truly remarkable support.
Most of our customers—over 90%—prefer Taheebo tea just as it is, thanks to its naturally mild and pleasant flavor. But feel free to personalize it! After cooking, you can add lemon, milk, or even infuse it during preparation with ingredients ranging from cayenne pepper to truffles and everything in between. The only thing we recommend avoiding is sugar—because sugar feeds everything harmful in the body, from yeast and candida to fungus and cancer. If you’re craving something sweet, try our grape-infused recipe—it’s naturally delicious and better than candy.
While we’re including standard measurements for brewing Taheebo tea—whether it’s 2 cups or 8—you don’t need to be scientifically precise. Feel free to adjust the strength to suit your personal taste. If you’re drinking Taheebo tea for its health benefits, keep in mind: making it stronger may alter the flavor, but it won’t increase its therapeutic efficacy. Think of it like exercise—lifting eight times the weight doesn’t yield eight times the benefit. What matters more is consistency. Just as repeated movement builds strength, regular tea consumption supports wellness. Whether you’re sipping 2 cups a day or replacing your daily water intake with 8 cups, the key is steady, ongoing use.
This is the first edition of our recipe booklet, and we’re just getting started. Our test kitchen has already developed many more recipes, and we’ll be expanding this collection soon. We’d love to hear from you—please call or email us with your feedback, suggestions, or your own creative twists.

3 grams = 1 tablespoon for 2 cups water
15 grams = 5 tablespoons for 10 cups of water
30 grams = 10 tablespoons for 20 cups of water
