Cost and Shipping
Our loose tea is all packaged bulk in 1 pound packages. Therefor, if you order 4 pounds, you will receive 4 individual 1 pound packages, and likewise if you order 8 pounds you will receive 8 individual 1 pound packages.
Because postage charges are uniform throughout the United States, the price of our tea includes shipping within the United States and the US territories. However, because international postage is quite variable, international orders are charged for shipping at the exact rate as current postage prices, and, are added to the price of our tea. For international orders it’s most cost effective to purchase 4 or 8 pounds since shipping for 1 pound costs more than the tea itself. However as of August 1st, 2025 please keep in mind the tariff wars which my or may not affect you. Some countries have started to charge tariffs on goods from the US, and often times tariffs are charged after a certain value like $100, or $200, or whatever. We do not know whether your country will charge you a tariff or not, and if they do what amount that will be. If you decide not to pay the tariff and the package is returned back to us, we will refund you the full amount for the tea itself, but we can not refund you the cost of postage. As of August 1, 2025 the price of our tea and shipping is as follows:
